Ramble - Friday Five

1. Do you decorate your home for different seasons and holidays?
Yes! Our house is full of decorations for even the most minor of holidays ;P

2. Do you switch out your wardrobe for each new season?
We don't really have "seasons" in Florida haha. Just two weeks of winter come January, where I do break out the hoodies and sweaters :).

3. Are you buying any new clothes for this new season?
Nope! But I am making some ;)

4. What vacation plans do you have for the future?
Planning to drag my family to a theme park ASAP. Just gotta wait for my mom to feel better.

5. Have you started planning for the upcoming holiday season?
Not really, but I probably should!

Drew some more MapleSugar! This time using a base I found on Pinterest (link).

Decided to draw both of them in their Karasuno gear for this one, Koushi in his uniform and Maple in the club jacket (they're the second third-year manager, Yachi and Kiyoko still work as managers too). Haikyuu has been a huge comfort lately, and I am thinking Many Thoughts about it. I have some more familial and platonic selfship stuff coming soon too. I've been on a roll when it comes to drawing lately, but I have some fic ideas rattling around as well! :)

More selfship stuff, this time for ApplePie. This has been my my main selfship since, well, forever. Also the one I'm most nervous sharing about, but oh well! I take this one the most seriously, no "sona" no fake name, just me in our own version of his universe. Not set during a specific time, we're just always this adorable :) That's about all I feel comfy sharing about us publicly right now.

Shoddy little drawing of my Haikyuu selfship: MapleSugar. Koushi is being a good boyfriend by bringing in the newest delivery for the Sakanoshita Market, while Maple preps the counter. Set during their college years :). Maybe not the greatest drawing (I got lazy halfway through), but I'm just happy to finally have some selfship stuff to post!! More to come :P

Ramble - Things I Did This Week :)

This week was...weird. I spent the first half of it sick on my period and the other half trying to get fit. Two very different moods! I bought the Miku fitness boxing game in the hopes it would motivate me, and so far it's worked! Three days in a row and I am so sore, but I'm told that's good. It's fun at least!

Other than that, I restarted Pokemon Shield. Hoping to actually finish it this time. Still need to finish my replay of Sun too. I'm also tempted to restart Scarlet but I'd be sad to lose all the Pokemon I traded for from Violet, especially Ceruledge. Asking for trades online scares me haha, social anxiety I guess.

Had to reschedule my appointment with my new psychiatrist for next week, my last one up and quit. I might ask about a diagnosis I've been considering, and asking for therapist recommendations. I don't do well with CBT, but there's not many alternative options around here. A dosage adjustment would be nice too but I won't be pushy.

I really want to try and get my life in order. Maybe try talking to more people online and recording Youtube videos. I have a fun Hollow Knight challenge I'd like to try, even though I'm not very good at the game. I also want to write more! My friend sent me a community with a fun fic challenge so I may do that soon.

That's all for this week! Talking to people is still scary, so I'm sticking to my journal pretty closely right now, hopefully I can work up the courage to get out there soon. :)

Poem - Daughter of Hallownest

I've lived an age far too long.
I've played the songs caged and gone.
I've loved, I've lost, I watched them fall.
Really, that's no life at all.

My mother's face is blurry still,
Only left are words of silk.
I falter at a sibling sighted,
At all the children my father slighted.

The buzzing echoes through my ears.
The screaming reverberates my fears.
My lively home, fallen to the haunt;
I fear it all may be my fault.

I stand and watch it die again,
The one I had hoped to call a friend.
Finally freedom for this land,
Freedom come at this Shadow's hand.

And now I watch history repeat,
In this land of metal and of heat.
The pilgrims answer their monarch's call,
Simple bugs in a Pale Thing's thrall.

A child giggles her life away,
And I know that I must stay.
Witnessing a journey so fragile,
Knowing inside, these bugs will crumble.

As I leave I've brought it with.
Following me is the black Abyss.
I've brought it far and spread it wide,
I've brought about the world's demise.

I cannot stand to watch her die,
Her mother proof that she's alive.

Hello and welcome! My name is Galatea, or Tac for short. I use any pronouns, but I generally prefer masculine terms. I'm in my 20's as well!

I'm not quite sure what to put here, mostly because I'm not sure what to post! I write a lot of poems, which I would love to share. I ramble a lot about nothing, because I don't really do anything ^ ^; ! I've also been a selfshipper for years (kept the same F/O since I was 8, among others throughout the years), but I am very nervous to share my content about my F/O's to be honest haha! With the mention of sharing, I am A-OK with people who share the same F/O's as me, so no worries there!

I can't promise to be consistent with posting, or being very open...but I shall do my best! I hope you enjoy your time here and thank you for reading <3
